Aromatherapy works with the pure properties of plants, using their essential oils in combination with massage which are said to help improve both physical and emotional well-being.

All appointments begin with a free consultation to gain insight into your medical history, general health & lifestyle, and goals for treatment.  This ensures the treatment is appropriate for you. In some instances I may recommend you contact your GP prior to treatment.

Based on the information you provide, essential oils are selected and blended specifically for you, and applied using a variety of massage techniques which can be targeted to particular areas of stress and discomfort....I have a reputation for "kneading where it's needed" however you remain in control of the depth of the massage at all times.

Indian Head Massage is a form of massage therapy derived from the Ayurvedic tradition and focusing on the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, head and face.

The massage is performed whilst you are seated and can  be  performed through your clothing. It is therefore a great alternative for people whose mobility may make it difficult for them to get on and off a massage couch.

Thai Foot Massage is a massage of the lower legs and feet. It involves hands-on stretching, massage and acupressure to stimulate reflex points and incorporates elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology and Chinese massage. In addition to using the palms, fingers and thumbs to work on the feet, a traditional Thai foot massage stick may also be used on pressure points .

The massage is performed with you lying fully clothed on the treatment couch (although you will need to wear clothing that enables your lower legs to be exposed).

Pricing structure is simple and includes consultation, blending of oils.  Book either a 1 hour appointment (minimum of 30 minutes massage) for £25, or a 1 & 1/2 hour appointment (minimum of 1 hour massage) for £40.
